Upload Image - Frequently Asked Questions
All of the pendants in our online store are waiting for your own pictures to be permanently engraved onto them. When you click on a blank pendant, you'll be taken to a page that has a location for you to type in a location on your computer where your photo for engraving resides. Enter that location, or click the "browse" button to find that picture on your computer. Once you add the pendant to your cart, your picture will be uploaded to our server.
What kinds of images can I upload?
Because of the relatively small size of these pendants, Closeup pictures are highly recommended. If you prefer you can send a picture to us to scan, and we'll send it back to you along with your etched product. Feel free to contact us with any concerns about your images and we'll be happy to advise you.
We can accept pictures in most common file formats (jpg, tif, bmp, psd)."
Can I supply special instruction for my images?
If you have any special requests ("Only engrave the baby" or "Can you superimpose my head onto this supermodel's body?", for example) please let us know using the form below.
Be sure to reference the image filename and the name that was used when the order was was submitted.
What image quality should I send?
As a rule, a quality picture will lead to a quality etching. Resolution is the key to producing a good final product, so we recommend 300 dpi (dots per inch). We can work with lower resolution files, but that may involve extra image processing that might result in a delay or additional cost. When in doubt please contact us for assistance.
